About The Authors
Jay McSwain has devoted his life to helping people discover how God uniquely created them to live, lead, and serve. As the President and Founder of PLACE Ministries, he is the creator of the PLACE Profile, a tool that has helped countless individuals better understand their God-given design and walk more confidently in their calling.
Jay also serves as the Pastor of Discipleship at First Redeemer Church in the Atlanta metro area. Since 2011, he as served as the chaplain for the Atlanta Braves organization. Jay and his wife, Ginger, have been married since 1991 and live in Duluth, Georgia.
