The Side of You No One Talks About… But Everyone Feels.
A powerful, faith-rooted exploration of the hidden traits shaping your behavior, relationships, and decisions—whether you realize it or not.
What if your greatest struggles aren’t random…
but rooted in the very design that makes you unique?
In The Dark Sides of Personality, Jay and Mary McSwain reveal the often-overlooked patterns within each personality type—the tendencies that quietly sabotage relationships, distort intentions, and limit growth.
This is not a book about labeling people.
It’s a guide to understanding them—starting with yourself.
Have you ever reacted in a way you couldn’t explain?
Said something you didn’t mean…
Pushed someone away when you needed them most…
Or misunderstood someone completely—only to regret it later?
These aren’t just moments.
They’re patterns.
And most people go their entire lives without ever understanding them.
The truth is:
Every personality carries strengths… and shadows.
And when those shadows go unrecognized, they quietly shape your life.
